Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a method of treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug use, interpersonal problems, and trauma-related disorders. CBT involves examining maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and offering tools in order to better navigate triggering situations.
Telehealth services are offered Monday through Friday. In person appointments are available to those who wish to be seen in person.

I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in 2013. I have worked and volunteered in the mental health field for 20 years in a variety of settings including group homes, state hospitals, and community mental health clinics. I enjoy using humor, metaphor, and media references in my work as I believe these tools help patients better conceptualize the topics at hand.
